I already have the plugin I need installed and viewable on my Plugins page, that is how I did it from the start. The Advanced Access plugin has stopped working. I have other add-ons installed and those seem to be working fine. We noticed this issue 3 days ago and had done no site updates or other plugin updates to initiate this. When I logged in to check the issue, I found that specifically the functions for Advanced Access were not available. I then tried to do the “Install” option from the Settings > Updates page. So my point is that this issue came prior to trying to auto-install. I was already in place, I was already using the functions to assign downloads to specific users. Please advise.

I have an update on this issue. I was able to get the form to complete by messing with some more of the plugins, but when a customer signs up it takes them to the default wordpress admin login page. Is there no way that a message just displays on the registration form once it’s completed? Similar to the red error boxes that appear above the form. I don’t need to redirect my customers to any page, just need a success message that says “Customer Registration Complete”.

Thank you for that info. I have tried disabling the plugins that are not crucial to my theme and I am still unable to get the registration form to look as though it is completed and a success message is shown. I can’t use a different theme as this site is live and I can’t allow for the theme to be changed. If I can provide credentials or even the url to view on the frontend would you be able to assist me in finding out possibly what the conflict is?

I am wondering how to change the function of after logging in it will go automatically to My Downloads and not Profile. I cannot edit the slug because it will need a / after download-dashboard. I don’t know where the login destination is edited.

In the screenshots you will see that I am referring to the Email Template for New Item where the notification goes to the customer to notify them that a package for download has been added. In the second screenshot you can see the template I am referring to, when testing I can not get the system to trigger the email template to send to the user.
I am not using that add-on. Notifications for package updates works just fine, I’m just confused as to why the “New Item” notification doesn’t. If I don’t currently use the Newsletter add-on, how would I be able to get the “Item Update” notifications to work but not the “New Item”. I hope that makes sense, thank you!
