I cleared all events from the webhook, and added only “checkout.session.completed”.
It works perfectly in Stripe test mode (even with all event types included in the webhook), but when I disable test mode and use a real credit card, the same problem exists – the order is set to “processing” and does not show “completed”. It only works in test mode.
Nayeem, can you give me an update on this? Do you have any other ideas to get the Stripe plugin to properly mark orders as “completed” after payment instead of marking them as “processing”?
I’m beginning to feel silly having to continue to reply to this thread, and getting no response from the WPDM team. My original post was over three weeks ago, and there is still no resolution. The last response from WPDM was almost three weeks ago.
Is anyone else having trouble with the Stripe addon? Can anyone help me diagnose this problem so that I can use this software?
@Nayeem, could someone *please* assist me with this problem? I posted about this almost three weeks ago and still have no resolution. PLEASE provide some feedback here. Thank you.
Could you please assist with this issue? I have been waiting a long time for a resolution. Am I the only user of the Stripe add-on who cannot get it to work?
I also have noticed that the payment is successful in my Stripe account, however in WPDM, both order status and payment status are set to ‘processing’, but they should both be set to ‘completed’.
Is this problem related to the way I have set up my premium packages?
No Change. Order is immediately set to “processing” after credit card charge is completed.
I would appreciate your attention to this issue, as I have many customers complaining to me that they are unable to access their downloads after they pay. I am at risk of losing customers, and must find another solution if this will not work.
Any update on this? All credit card orders are currently requiring manual intervention to change status to “completed”, and my cart page is not usable because the rows are 10x wider than they need to be.

Also you haven’t addressed the issue where my cart page has rows that are too wide to be seen without scrolling to the right. see the image I attached in the original post please.
