I don’t even see it in my downloads. My friend paid for this as a custom service so it’s currently being developed and tested. He sent me a copy in my email and mine isn’t working either.

1. I installed the stamper add-on you emailed me because I don’t see it in my downloads.. When I click on the button to download my order it goes to a white blank page, also causing a blank page after social locks are used. (all login info above will work if needed)

2. Are these the 3 files to edit so I can edit emails that are sent out to customers for orders? will they be over written every time I update??

1. Order page is now working but the orders are overlapping my right hand column as shown in the picture.

2. I installed the pdf stamper and configured the settings but when I download the purchased pattern there’s nothing stamped on it.

3. How do I edit the order email and invoice templates?

If you need access the same info above will work.

update on #2.. I used this code [wpdm-pp-purchases] on the orders page and it shows the following set up but when I click on the order # it leads to a blank page.

I already fixed it.

I added 'exclude_from_search' ► true, to line #37

This line of code..

'exclude_from_search' ► get_option('__wpdm_exclude_from_search', false),

was changed to..

'exclude_from_search' ► get_option('__wpdm_exclude_from_search', true),

there’s this line of code.. 'exclude_from_search' ► get_option('__wpdm_exclude_from_search', false), i changed false to true and it seems to be working now.

That just links to this forum post? I have added the code to line #37 but download packages are still showing in results. It worked for me in the past but since I updated yesterday it no longer works.

Yes I’ve updated.

That is working fine.. it is showing how many downloads but the main dashboard is not updating. I had 111 downloads yesterday but it still show 8503 total downloads on dashboard.

I used the plugin ‘search and replace’ to easily replace old short codes, make sure you have a list of old codes first and of course a backup.
