Hi!
I tried all of these options and contacted my web hosting provider to help me with this.
Deactivating the plug-ins didn’t solve the problem. The hosting provider replied that the PHP memory is 512mb, so that must be enough. The cURL support and allow_url_fopen are also enabled on my hosting.
They renamed the .htaccess file but that didn’t solve the problem. One time I got another type of error after that (white page with forbidden error (I think) instead of the button that kept loading).
I also tried generating the error again and asked my hosting provider to look for the server error log. They also tried it. They replied that they think that the error message is not written of on the hosting, but somewhere in the plug-in, because they didn’t find error messages for today on their hosting.
So I think they can’t help me any further at this moment.
Can you help me out with this?
Many thanks in advance!
I checked all of my settings to see if I did install something wrong, but I can’t find the issue.
I also tried test mode/live mode or payment with Mollie/Stripe, but no difference.
Hi!
Not that I know of. If I change the page template for the test package, I’m able to see the page of the test package.
Can the issue be something from the settings of WPDM? Something I didn’t install right?
Or do you think that it’s a conflict with another plug-in?
Many thanks in advance
Asset CleanUp has a huge impact on my page speed, so I will contact their support and try to find what is exactly messing up the lay-out…
Thank you for the support!
Hi!
I added buttons to my pricing page with this link: https://beemate.be/membership-plans/?wppm_task=checkout&plan_id=6592 and that works fine.
But I can’t subscribe to my plans (I can select the plan & the payment gateway), because there is no button.
The lay-out is also a bit shifted: can I customize it?
Hi! Thanks, I already installed that, but can I add this with a shortcode?
So I can make a custom lay-out and put the subscribe button on my pricing page & if they click on it, they go to the specific register page of that pricing plan?
Hi!
I’m trying to install the registration payment for new users (to different pricing plans).
I have some questions:
– Can I have a separate register page for the different membership plans? Because there is only one option if you go to Downloads > Settings > Front-end access > Register page
– How do I install the payment? Installing the register form works well, but I don’t see any payment options or billing info/forms. Do I have to use any add-on or … ? I did read the Docs on this site and tried all the options, but I can’t seem to find it.
For example: this is the sales funnel I want to create
Our ‘register for free’ page > register form (no payment required) > login page
Our ‘pricing page’ > ‘Basic plan’ page (with more details about the plan) > register form > billing details > payment > login page
How do I create this? Can you help me? ๐
EDIT: I’m going to use the Mollie add-on.
I think you didn’t understand my question: everything works fine to set the membership access.
If someone, who hasn’t access to a certain page, goes to that page, he gets the ‘Acces Denied’-page. I want to customize the lay-out of this page, but I can’t find where to do that.
No, it may be a general page for all pricing levels (members and non-members).
I made a new template for the download button and changed the template for the packages, and now everything works fine again.
Thank you!
Hi, I see the button in this post, but not on all the other posts… How can I solve this?
Can you help me with solving these problems?
Beside that, everything works fine now.
Many thanks in advance!
Hi!
I’ve tested it and indeed, it works. But how is that possible? I tried it several times…
I see that if I choose the registration page in Settings and then I try to edit that page, I get this error with Divi:
And I still get this problem when logging in with an account (tried multiple accounts):
I’m logged in, but there is still ‘Inloggen’ right above. And if I click on something, there appears that WP bar, but I don’t want the users to see that bar.
So everything did work, but now it doesn’t anymore… ?
I did change the shortcode of the login form: deleted the logo parameter from the shortcode and edited the registration url parameter. Then it didn’t work anymore.
If I try to login with several accounts, the redirection is correct, but I’m not logged in.
I did put back the shortcode as it was, but it still does not work. I also deactivated all other plug-ins to see if there’s a conflict. I tried it on different browsers and devices. I also tried this shortcode: [wpdm_login_form].
Do you have any idea of what the problem could be?
I used this shortcode:
[wpdm_login_form logo="https://beemate.be/wp-content/uploads/2021/02/cropped-logo_beemate1.png" regurl="https://beemate.be/wpdm-registration" redirect="https://beemate.be/welkom/"]
I deactivated the WPDM plug-ins to be sure to be able to login. So if u want to test, you’ll have to activate them.
Hi!
I saw you only enabled the ‘Download manager’-plug-in and indeed everything works fine now.
But is it possible it had something to do with the ‘WP Pro Membership’-plug-in? Because that was also the plug-in I got the message from with the error.
I tried enabling all the WPDM plug-ins now and it still works.
I had only one issue: the users were seeing the admin panel (but did not have admin functions), but I solved that already.
Many thanks for the follow-up!
WPDM Plug-ins are currently deactivated, due to login problems. If you login, please activate these plug-ins to see the issues I mentioned.
I tested this with another browser to try the login and registration, because if you log out, you can not login to the admin panel again!
EDIT:
I made a testenvironment:
Website: https://testomgeving1.beemate.be
Login page: https://testomgeving1.beemate.be/wpdm-inloggen/
Registration page: https://testomgeving1.beemate.be/wpdm-registration/
This is the whole e-mail I got from WP:
Hey!
Since WordPress 5.2, there is a built-in function that recognizes when a plugin or theme causes a fatal error on your website and notifies you with this automatic email.
In this case, WordPress has detected an error in one of your plugins, WP Pro Membership.
First, visit your website (https://beemate.be/) and see if there are any visible problems. Then visit the page where the error was found (https://beemate.be/wp-admin/edit.php?post_type=wppm_plan&page=wppm_account&user_id=1) and see if there are any visible problems there.
Contact your hosting provider for technical support to further investigate this issue.
In case your website appears to be broken and you cannot access the dashboard normally, WordPress now has a special “recovery mode”. This lets you log in securely to your dashboard to further investigate the problem.
To keep your website safe, this link will expire in 1 day. Don’t worry about that, a new link will be sent to you when the problem recurs after the link has expired.

Hi, I already contacted my hosting provider and they deactivated WPDM, so I could change my plug-in settings.
