Thanks a lot, it worked!

Seems like my wordpress instance was kinda bugged, I couldnt see the license tab on my laptop.

No no, dont get me wrong. I dont want to have access to it, I would rather like to disconnect the old license and use mine, since i bought that new one now.

My customer doesnt work with the own of the old account anymore and he doesnt answere.

Hello Nayeem Riddhi,
thanks for your quick response.
Not neccessary merge them. Its more like i dont know the ownwer of the old account and i dont know the login.
I more want to replace the old account with the new one, that i can use my new license i bought.
