Hello There,

I have an issue in download manager its getting error

1 In word press page where i use short code getting error ” trial period of DOWNLOAD MANAGER is expired’.( attached image.)

2. When i put license key in dashboard getting error “Invalid license key”.(attached screen shot).

Please let me know whats the exactly problem with the Plugin.

Hi,

With the pro license, you will get Support/Update for one year from the purchase date. If your key is showing the error before that time please post it in private reply to check or unlock it.
