File Icons don't show up with 'wpdm-all-packages' shortcode

Hello
File Icons don´t show http://www.iesgaroe.org/website/documentos-alumnado-y-familia/
[wpdm-all-packages categories="ies-garoe," items_per_page=10]

But in shortcode in Category icons show up http://www.iesgaroe.org/website/prueba/
[wpdm_category id="ies-garoe," cols="1" toolbar=1 desc=1 item_per_page=10 template="link-template-calltoaction3.php"]

I read forums and documentation and I have not found the answer
I have uninstalled the plugin and reinstalled it and all its add-ons
Any possible solution?

Hi,

Are you using the latest version of the plugin? There is an issue with the icon with all packages shortcode. Please provide login details in private reply to check.
