Good evening Download Manager Gurus!
I am new to WordPress/Download Manager; my only website coding experience is from a lifetime ago doing basic HTML. Therefore, I have some working knowledge, albeit, I feel as though I’ve forgotten more than I can recall.
Anyways, I am hoping to find some assistance with understanding and correcting why the responsive table I have inserted using the short-code is not pulling the downloads I have ready to go: [wpdm_all_packages login=1 thumb=1 items_per_page="20" categories="slug1,slug2,..." jstable=1 order_by="field_name" order="ASC/DESC" cols="title,file_count,download_count|categories|update_date|download_link" colheads="Title|Categories|Update Date|Download::155px"]
If I go to the various pages with the downloads I’ve uploaded directly, everything looks okay; I think. See an example here: https://rectherapy.ca/?wpdmpro=tree-of-life-expressive-art-activity
Any guidance, with compassion for my slow uptake of this new information, would be greatly appreciated! 🙂
The page I need help with: https://rectherapy.ca/?page_id=345
Thank you in advance!
Hello @jennafurless,
Hope you are well.
Please, provide us with your temporary wp-admin login details and site URL in a private reply for checking the issue.

Hi @jennafurless,
Please use the category slug here by following this instruction.
I hope your problem will be solved.
Thank you
Bless you Humayon! That has fixed up everything in that regard!
I wondered if you can assist me to figure out how to now make the entire table display on this page? https://rectherapy.ca/?page_id=345 The download button seems to be cut off. Is this due to the WordPress theme currently installed? If so, I am likely going to change it anyways once I have everything uploaded.
Lastly, I just wanted to confirm if I need to list ALL of the categories in the “slug” area of the wpmanager code on the above page, or if only listing the parent categories will pull all of the documents?
Thank you again, you’ve sovled a problem I’ve been looking at for nearly two weeks and it was so simple! 🙂

One last question (I hope!). First off, again, I can’t thank you enough for the above support, I’ve cleaned up my categories and everything is moving along smoothly. I’ve noted, however, that within the page template I’ve selected for the packages, that there is some code showing up under the download button (premium page template) that reads “[free_download_btn]”, how do I remove that? You can see an example of this here: https://rectherapy.ca/?wpdmpro=tree-of-life-expressive-art-activity
Thank you again!
Hello @jennafurless,
I am sorry to say that you can’t make the entire table display due to your current theme layout. If you want to change the theme in the future then you can use our “Attire” theme instead which is optimized and works well with the WPDM.
Or, you can remove a column by using the below shortcode which should look like this.
[wpdm_all_packages items_per_page="20" categories="interventions,tools,promotion,socials" jstable=1 order_by="field_name" order="ASC/DESC" cols="title,file_count,download_count|categories|download_link" colheads="Title|Categories|Download::155px"]
Yes, you need to list all of the categories in the “slug” area.
However, in order to remove the “[free_download_btn]” code for the premium page template, please activate the
Premium Packages - Sell Digital Products Securely
plugin first and then remove this free download file.
Hopefully, your problem will be solved.
Thank you
Good day Humayon, you’re a Genius! Thank you for sharing the appropriate theme for WPDM; I’ve installed it and it already looks MUCH cleaner. Thank you again for the support!!!
