Change message on download popup

Those that get a download have to first register on a special registration page after which they are directed to a custom page that uses a package shortcode. On it we have instructions and the link label says “Continue”. When they click on it a link pops up with the message “Enter the Password for Your Hospital to Download”. When they click on it the popup (link?) comes up and the button says “Download”. Unfortunately, the same message – “Enter the Password for Your Hospital to Download” – appears above the download button on the popup and it is causing some confusion. How do I change the message on the download popup to read something like “Click to Download” or better yet completely eliminate the message since the download button speaks for itself?

Hi,

Please give your page link for checking. if you are trying to change the popup download link after submitting the correct password, Download label, you need to edit it from download-manager\libs\class.PackageLocks.php in line number 59 <?php _e('Download','download-manager'); ?>. you need to back up that file in your local PC for the next update.

Do you want to change the label of success message after putting the correct password as I image attached

Sorry for your patience, can you check this package, https://thefamilyway.com/download/wpdm-test/, It completely eliminates the message after downloading the message, “Enter Your Hospital Password to Download”. please let me if there any further issue.

Hi,
We are adding password lock option in a template with the next update of wpdm, you will be able to edit the text easily.

If you are trying to adjust the WPDM page without the post info, comments section, and sidebar, it needs to update the single-wpdmpro.php with your single.php file.
