Can't access downloads after I paid

Bought the pro version and facebook share plugin and can’t access any of it. Got the email that said to create an account. Created an account and went to download area and nothing is there. I then added my order number to track and it does nothing.

Please advise.

Did you check the purchase area (https://www.wpdownloadmanager.com/user-dashboard/purchases/)? You can find your items there. If you won’t find the purchase items please send an email at support@wpdownloadmanager.com.
