best way to bulk copy files to download manager

Hi we recently rebuilt wordpress and wanted to move the files we had before from download manager. I copied the files to wp-content/upload/download-manager-files but cant seem to see the files inside WordPress Downloads. What is the best way to copy bulk the files? It would take days if I add those files one by one. Thanks to anyone who can help me.

Have you imported the downloads? You can use WordPress importer/exporter for this.
