attached file missing

in Download Manager Free

Hi,
I’ve tried to upload several files from my pc but the red icon X appears to me with the write “( attached file is missing/deleted )” and the download file is “File not Found”.txt.
I tried also to edit the “attach file.php” but it doesn’t exist on my File Manager (aruba)
What could i do?

Hi,

Looks like your server settings prevented Download Manager from creating download directory ( /wp-content/uploads/download-manager-files/ )

Please send FTP info in private reply to check the issue.

Or if you can create that directory and try again.

Sorry for the delay. Provide FTP info doesn’t work. Please check again.
