Hi!
Thanks for your quick reply. OK, then I will try to see if this was related to files that I downloaded. I’ll get back to you on my findings. I re-added the two widgets and could repeat the problem. At the bottom of the page the following line with regards to the error was presented. I also send you a PDF of the broken and of the working page.
Fatal error: Call to undefined method WPDM_CategoryHandler::GetAllowedRoles() in /storage/content/55/187255/insatskompani.se/public_html/wp-content/plugins/download-manager/wpdm-functions.php on line 264
Kind regards
Michael

Hi!
Will you please tend to my problem… this is my 3rd post, you have yet to respond… Plugin could not be activated because it triggered a fatal error…. Plugin could not be activated because it triggered a fatal error.
Hi!
Further, I try to install the “free” version and get another fatal error when I try to activate:
“Warning: session_start() [function.session-start]: SAFE MODE Restriction in effect. The script whose uid is 1115 is not allowed to access /tmp owned by uid 0 in /home/richardm/public_html/picsec/wp-content/plugins/download-manager/download-manager.php on line 15
Fatal error: session_start() [function.session-start]: Failed to initialize storage module: files (path: ) in /home/richardm/public_html/picsec/wp-content/plugins/download-manager/download-manager.php on line 15″
Still no reply from you via email, extremely disappointed in your lack of customer support!
Hi!
Cannot activate… very disturbing, as I had to make (2) purchases before I was even given access to download the plugin, and now the plugin will not activate. Further, can you please explain to me how and when you will reimburse me for the duplicate purchase. I have tried to communicate with you via email, though you will not respond. Disappointed to say the least!
I renamed the download-manager dir for 4.1.7, then installed 4.1.8 and activating it gives:
Plugin could not be activated because it triggered a fatal error.
Fatal error: Call to undefined function iseet() in /var/www/html/abiquo.com/wp-content/plugins/download-manager/wpdm-core.php on line 186
Ideas? I’m down right now.

Hello Download Manager Pro Team,
You should have a place to submit a bug. I have found one in the latest version of Download Manager Pro (4.1.8). in wpdm-core.php line 186
the line is if (iseet($_GET[‘re’]) && $_GET[‘re’] == 1) {
and should be if (isset($_GET[‘re’]) && $_GET[‘re’] == 1) {
This is a fatal error and should not be in a production copy of the plugin.
Regads,
Is it possible to change something to make the knowledge base plugin and yours work together, I really need both to work!
Fatal error: Cannot redeclare get_custom_category_parents() (previously declared in /home2/misprcp/public_html/3dss/wp-content/plugins/ht-knowledge-base/php/ht-knowledge-base-common-display-functions.php:127) in /home2/misprcp/public_html/3dss/wp-content/plugins/wpdm-archive-page/wpdm-archive-page.php on line 1127
If you have any idea what I could do to solve this myself, please let me know. If it’s any help, the line the fatal error referred to, was this one:
$image = new imagick($source);
I am not using (and don’t intend to use) image thumbnails, which is what this section of code was for:
function wpdm_pdf_thumbnail($pdf, $id){
$pdfurl = ”;
if(strpos($pdf, “://”)) { $pdfurl = $pdf; $pdf = str_replace(home_url(‘/’), ABSPATH, $pdf); }
if($pdf == $pdfurl) return;
if(file_exists($pdf)) $source = $pdf;
else $source = UPLOAD_DIR.$pdf;
$dest = WPDM_CACHE_DIR. “/pdfthumbs/{$id}.png”;
$durl = WPDM_BASE_URL.”cache/pdfthumbs/{$id}.png”;
$ext = explode(“.”, $source);
$ext = end($ext);
if($ext!=’pdf’) return ”;
if(file_exists($dest)) return $durl;
$source = $source.'[0]’;
if(!class_exists(‘Imagick’)) return “Imagick is not installed properly”;
try{
$image = new imagick($source);
$image->setResolution( 800, 800 );
$image->setImageFormat( “png” );
$image->writeImage($dest);
} catch(Exception $e){
return ”;
}
return $durl;
}
I don’t know about coding but I can search and find and delete stuff, so if it’s possible that this could be solved by deleting something I’m not using anyway, please let me know.
Thanks.
Sorry i forgot to mention that we are using 4.1.7
With 4.1.8 i get the following error while installing the plugin:
Fatal error: Call to undefined function iseet() in /srv/www/enerray.netkom.it/wp-content/plugins/download-manager/wpdm-core.php on line 186
There is arecnet post from another user about this error.
Thank You

Hi guys
I deactivated and deleted version 4.1.7. Then uploaded 4.1.8.
I cannot activate the plugin. Getting this:
Fatal error: Call to undefined function iseet() in /home/cornwallmusicser/public_html/wp-content/plugins/download-manager/wpdm-core.php on line 186
I have a problem. I have been adding downloads to my posts, and everything was going fine. Except this one post:
http://www.globalgrey.co.uk/manual-of-occultism/
It just loads halfway, and gives this error:
Fatal error: Maximum execution time of 60 seconds exceeded in /var/sites/g/globalgrey.co.uk/public_html/Content/wp-content/plugins/download-manager/functions.php on line 4585
Any ideas on this would be appreciated.
Thanks
Thanks I will try that.
Re Question 1:
[wpdm_tree download_link=1] causes this: Fatal error: Call to undefined function wpdm_is_locked() in (…)/plugins/wpdm-extended-shortcodes/wpdm-extended-shortcodes.php on line 455
Re Question 3:
Which file do I need to modify to change [wpdm_package id="5374"] colour or font size?
becuase fatal error is showing in theme path.
Dear all,
when trying to activate the download database module it says:
Fatal error: Cannot redeclare class zipfile in /var/www/wp_site/wp-content/plugins/download-manager/class.pack.php on line 2
Would be great to get a hint.
Thank you so much for your efforts,
Hubertus
When I try to preview my first package I get:
Fatal error: Call to undefined function has_shortcode() in /home/bsbpac/domains/bsbpacific.com/public_html/wp-content/plugins/download-manager/functions.php on line 3823
Can you please advise why?
No, we’re still getting the same error:
http://hitechanswers.staging.wpengine.com/download/securing-phi-mobile-devices/
Fatal error: Call to private liveforms::__construct() from context ‘liveform_for_wpdmpro’ in /nas/wp/www/staging/hitechanswers/wp-content/plugins/download-after-submit/download-after-submit.php on line 29
I added Live Form to our staging site. The Setting page is blank, and I’m getting this when viewing a download package with a form assigned and download lock enabled:
Fatal error: Call to private liveforms::__construct() from context ‘liveform_for_wpdmpro’ in /nas/wp/www/staging/[sitenamehere]/wp-content/plugins/download-after-submit/download-after-submit.php on line 29
I’ve this:
Fatal error: Class ‘ZipArchive’ not found in /web/htdocs/www.comprensivoleopardi.gov.it/home/wp-content/plugins/download-manager/process.php on line 54
What’s is that ???
