Hi, great plugin ๐Ÿ™‚

I was wondering if there is a way to NOT ask the user to enter his email every time he wants to download a file. i have a plugin that i use on another site called “subscribe to download” that checks the subscribe table to see if the user/email exists.

If this plugin doesn’t do it i think i’ll try to hack something together that could do the same… but let me know if you have a quick solution meanwhile :}

Yes, this is very necessary! Requiring a visitor to enter their information EVERY time they want to download a file is really a pain and a total deterrent for people trying to use our site. Is there any update on a solution to this? I know you mentioned on the forums that this would be added in version 4, but I don’t believe there’s been any progress. If it’s not possible, I’m afraid we’re going to have to switch to another solution. Thanks!
