Hope you are well. Can you please share the related URL? If possible, please, give your temporary wp-admin login details in a private reply to check the issue. However, View count may vary for the same active user means when any new user comes to the package page, but stays on the site for some time, he also downloads the package multiple times, the download count increases but for the same session for that user view count is counted as one. I hope you understand now. please check and let me know, if you have any queries.

For updating the WPDM PRO plugin, Please simply click the Save Settings again for the license key option from Downloads > Settings > License, and then please update the plugin from the wp-admin > plugins panel.
For saving settings again for the license key option from Downloads -> Settings -> License, that will regenerate the access token. Thus the plugin will be updated,
For updating WPDM add-ons, please download your plugin from here, https://www.wpdownloadmanager.com/user-dashboard/?udb_page=purchases,
And update manually from the wp-admin dashboard Plugins > Add New option. I hope, thus it will resolve your issue. For the Download > Settings > Updates option will may not work properly for some server settings. please check and let me know, if you have any queries.

For Private Message issue, our developer team checked the issue, it was a JS conflict between Elementor and Private Message . Upon removing the support request page(private message) from Elementor it’s working fine now. Please kindly check and let me know if you have any issue more.
