Additional license after purchasing WordPress Download Manager Special Pack?

Do I still have to pay an Additional license after purchasing WordPress Download Manager Special Pack?
This is not what was said in the offer.
I bought the WordPress Download Manager Special Pack, but I don’t understand why Add-Ons are not enabled. I am asked for another license key for each Add-On.
I want to create a form with Advanced Fields but I am asked to activate the license. The license I received does not activate the Add-On. Weird, right?
