Why dont i have access to my previouse versions of WP DM Pro?

When i access my account on this site i see my previous order, but it is set to expired, should one not be eligible to use a older version one used in the past? I cant even get the activation of my previous version.

 

(Why no one reply to my support request sent to support@ ?

Why dont you guys respond to this thread OR my support-mail? I have made a payment in the past, shouldn’t that count for some?
