stats Package vs User date filter error

Hi,

I’m pro user, version 4.0.4.

Initially, user statistics displayed correctly but when I want to filter user statistics by date a permissions error occurs:

“You do not have sufficient permissions to access this page.”

Why is this error? I could not solve it and I need help.
