Problem with changing button colour and wpdm_tree

After installing the add on „WPDM Button Templates“ only a white-coloured button appears (Shortcut [wpdm_package id='5349']) without the opportunity to change the colour nor the icon or anything else. Costumizing the shortcut [wpdm_button_template id=5349 style=”lightblue” align=”left”] with the package-id 5349 also doesn’t work. How can I manage to change the colour of the button. How can I set up the wpdm_tree using the correct shortcut (My shortcut: [wpdm_tree_package id_’5349′]. Please help.

1.It is working perfectly here Loading.... Would you please give us temporary wp-admin access via a private reply so that we can check out what’s going on there.
