After your mail to Gert he bought the plugin, we installed the newly bought version of this plugin and the problem is still there. We also tried deactivating other plugins and the problem is still there.
According to Gert you said something about the theme that is installed. We also looking into that and we noticed this theme isn’t available anymore. I do believe that a plugin should work no mather on what theme it will be used.
We checked ourself where the problem can be started, and we do not find anything in there. If it’s related to a other plugin is there a way to find out what plugin it should be?
