Hello, I am testing the free version of Download Manager. When I attempted to look up the addresses to the files I uploaded (both address I entered myself as well as the /?wpdmdl=xxx) I was able to download all three files without being required to enter the password. I cleared my cache before doing this test. I also have password protected pages on my site and these did prompt me to enter the password. What could be the problem ?

I am considering to purchase the Pro Version but I want to make sure the software works in my case before doing so.

Also, could I get more information about the Personalized URL feature ?

This is working fine in our server. If you try to download a password protected package via link (/?wpdmdl=xxx) it doesn’t download actual package but download text file which contents Download link is expired or not valid. Please get new download link. If you get problem now, Would you please give us temporary wp-admin access via a private reply? We need to check it.

Thank you. I already bought the Pro version and I no longer seem to have the issue since the Pro version is different.

I can’t get the password function to work at all – the option is there in the front end but doesn’t work – nothing happens when password is put in.

Hi I have done and it still doesn’t work. The icons aren’t displaying either. I have sent a temp password to your main contact email support and waiting to hear – I have just purchased pro so would be grateful for urgent response. Cheers
