I have previously stated that the install is on an Intranet and I cannot provide a temporary login. Please see this message thread. I also stated that we have had this issue occur at least twice before and that it has been fixed.
You have received the key in a previous PM.
We have also purchased a new license key – JUST to obtain further support to fix this issue that is now becoming extremely urgent. We do not need to new license key as the version we are running (v3.3) and the install will not support an update without a re-design of the site.
We need to have this fixed ASAP. Please advise.
