Hi,

Is there an option to search the entries in Download Manager?

My client has various pages that provide a lot of files listed through Download Manager and would like the option to allow paid subscribers the ability to search the available downloads.

Hi Shaon,

So there is no way of searching through a filtered list?

Preferably the client would like to provide a search function based upon the category the user is currently viewing as opposed to a full list of downloads.

Is that possible?

Can the search be restricted to only the downloads Title column and not the category, description, etc?

Sorry, somehow I missed this post.
However, you will need http://www.wpdownloadmanager.com/download/wpdm-directory-add-on/ for category based search, but you can’t restrict any field.
