How to create a summary page?

Hello There,

I would like to create a summary page with categories. The overview page contains a few files but most users find the files when you go into the various categories (headings). In this joomla Rokdownloads makes a pretty good example of how it should look

Is it possible to create with WPDM as a summary page?
