It seems like im able to upload the file to your server (the filesize appears on my homepage), but in the end there is just a red cross instead of a download button. Could it be, that other plugins disturb the function?

Hi there,
You need to set Allow Access = “” or specific user roles you want to allow access.
Check wp-admin► Downloads ► All files(Edit)/Add file ► Package Settings ► Allow Access (Set user roles). ► update
or try clearing your browser cache..
I hope this solves your issue.
Thank you.
