Drop File Area not working for big file

Hi,

When create document/package, I realised that any files bigger than 2mb will not be attached.

Any ideas why that happened?

please ask server/hosting support to increase max upload file size limit.

HOW TO SOLVE IT:

on cPanel go to:

PHP Variables Manager (under 1H software for me)

then define, for main folder 2 variables called:

post_max_size
upload_max_filesize

for both, set value at 32M
