After purchase, download lazy download add-on from your order page, then install and activate lazy download add-on. Installation procedure simply same as other regular WordPress Plugins.
Now create a page from Admin Menu >> Pages >> Add New , and add the short-code [wpdm_lazy_download] anywhere in your page content:
Now go to admin menu >> Downloads >> Settings, set waiting times for different user roles and select the page you created in step #2 as waiting page:
Now, when you are creating or editing a package you can enable or disable lazy download for that package, default status is disabled:
If lazy download is enabled for a package, you will see waiting page before start download like following image:
